So, I would recommend some changes from your initial site setup.
Homepage - a visual feast with keyword efficient copywriting and strong CTA's for booking.
Ideally this would also feature meaningful social proof - review stats, testimonials, awards, etc. (future)
Rooms - full descriptions of each space, private and common with a range of relevant FAQs.
Wellness - full breakdown of all the amenities with a range of relevant FAQs.
Surroundings - further information about the property itself and the Dunsborough area.
Local Guide (index page & posts) - regularly created/updated content with relevance to search results:
retreats, weddings, family gatherings, music festivals, cultural events etc.
Experience - popular activities in the local area: beaches, surfing, sight seeing, wineries, markets, etc.
The more naturally presented information and questions/answers for bots, search engines and LLM's to crawl and reference, the better.
